In terms of gaining certification for your AIMS, I assume that companies developing solutions should seek certification. However for others just using small OTS systems for non critical purposes, should 42001 really be guidelines into what’s needed for responsible, ethical and legal AI but certification not required. Where does the bar sit for requiring certification?
