Help me understand what you most need to be succesful in AI Governance

Seven months ago, I started the Doing AI Governance substack with a simple mission: to share real-world experiences and practical approaches to AI governance. The journey has been incredibly rewarding, not only because I've had the opportunity to share what I've learned and experienced, but because I've seen how these insights have contributed to the professional growth and practices of others in our field.

I believe deeply in high-integrity, practical governance practices that accelerate innovation, helping organisations move fast without breaking things. And I’ve learned how rewarding it is to share and carefully develop practices in a community. But to continue serving you effectively, I need your guidance.
